This one follows a brother and sister exploring the old ramshackle buildings next to their boring apartment building, with kids popping out of every nook and cranny, no parents in sight, and lots of stay cats many opportunities to operate heavy machinery or sail a retired sailor’s old boat or try out seven-league boots.
